What we keep, and what we don't.
The concierge
When you ask the concierge a question, we keep three things: the question, the answer, and the time it was asked. We keep nothing that identifies you. No name, no email address, no IP address, no device fingerprint.
We read these conversations to make the answers better. Each one is deleted after ninety days. If you would like yours removed sooner, write to hello@finalnyc.com and quote the question; we will delete it.
Cookies and analytics
None. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The one thing it remembers is whether you have already seen the opening animation this session, and your browser forgets that when you close the tab.
Type and hosting
The typefaces are served by Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts, and the site is hosted by Netlify. Each sees the request your browser makes for its files, as any host does, and each keeps its own privacy policy.
If you write to hello@finalnyc.com or paris@finalnyc.com, we keep the correspondence the way any studio keeps its letters: to reply to you, and to remember what we discussed. We never sell it or share it.
If what we collect changes, this page changes first.
